TEAMBUILDING PROGRAM WITH NESTLE KUCHING

Hj Azmi and 6 other Facilitators had conduct Teambuilding program with Nestle kuching on 2nd and 3rd October 2010. Program was conducted at Damai Beach Resort, Santubong, Kuching Organized by MRS Management Sdn Bhd. Total Participants are 210 where we devided into 7 groups. It was really fun and enjoy.

DEVELOPING EXTRA ORDINARY ETIQA TEAM BUILDING GP1

On 23rd, 24 and 25 April, I together with some other facilitator from Central Startegic teambuilder had conducted a team building program at Impiana Resort, Cherating, Pahang. 64 Participants from Etiqa Takaful and Insurance(Retail and property division) lead by En Fayaz, Head of General Admin. The team had departured from KL at 5.00pm and reached Impiana at 9.00pm. We started at 9.30pm with welcome remarks, safety briefing and then forming into four team such as( excellent 17, ETCAT, Smiley Tiger and Wira 1)creating flags as well as their war cry. We finished the 1st day session at 11.30pm with supper. The early next day, we started with simple stretching lead by Ayie and Razak follows by Poco-poco which lead by Mr. Bob and the gang. At..9.00am, we started with indoor games such as handweb, human chair, hulahoop follows with toobeez games i.e. batton pass and channel. Ater tea break at 10.30am all of us go for group photo and then continue with caterpillar and flying carpet.Before we break for lunch, we have spent almost 20 minutes on the debriefing particularly to capture the learning points of each game and relate with their corporate core value i.e 1. Performance with conscience, 2. hand-in-hand 3. Crystal clear and 4. Rock Solid. Everybody was very participative in the discussion lead by each team's knowledge Manager togerther with the facilitator. After lunch we continue with series of explorace i.e, assemble a bicycle, transport all their team using the bicycle to another destination, dismentle the bicycle, going through the balloon train to the beach and finish with water capsule. We are having a BBQ Theme Dinner with a theme of "Hawaian".The group then have to performed a mystery team performance assigned by the Facilitator.It was fun and entertaining. The team then continue with karaoke and prizes presentation. The following day, all the team have been given an individual group domino challenge starting from 8.30 till 9.45am.Then continue with ETIQA domino challenge.This challenge involve a lot of management, support, communication, coordination,segregation and high teamwork. Though it is though but the team managed to plan and executed successfully
